Since news broke about COVID-19, we have been closely monitoring the situation and working to take the precautions we can to help ensure the health and safety of our team members, our patrons, and our community. With our production partner Events International we have developed solutions to the current challenges we all are facing. New Feature Alert : Pre-Registration
This enables attendees to submit their registration with no charge, but requires them to submit a card on file to be charged in the future. If you are unsure if your event is going to happen due to Covid-19, you can use this feature to capture orders and payment information while not charging the order amount until you've confirmed the event is for sure happening.
